Sandy has confirmed that the Lodge is available on the 14th so I will send out a calendar invite shortly.

The plan had been to hold the AGM this Wednesday 7th, but I feel we need to give the weather, roads and diaries the ability to recover first.

Thought I just ought to flag up that there is going to be an amber warning for snow tomorrow with possible deposits of up to 15 inches over the hills with drifting. Hopefully it will not be as bad as forecast and the track up to Tulchan Lodge will be passable. I can also bring a supply of sleeping bags lest we get blocked in, if you want!

Please find attached the report outlining the agenda and points for discussion at the AGM.

As usual, this will be held at Tulchan Lodge and anyone wishing to stay over should contact Sandy directly – sandymi16@aol.com

We will start the meeting at 7pm and hope to conclude by 9pm.

In previous years alcohol has significantly impacted on the productivity and length of AGM. It is, therefore, requested that restraint is shown till after the meeting.

A lot of effort has been put into the preparation of these documents based on feedback from the syndicate. Please review in advance of the meeting.
