A beautiful night that kicked off with the guns walking into position for 6.30pm.
Learning the lessons of the Thursday team we made sure to hold any gun fire until we pushed the teal off the pond. This gave great shooting at both ponds. The main pond guns had come up the wood between the weedy field pond and Frank's. It would seem this worked well and provided most of their bag.
The Weedy field pond had regular shooting through out the evening and the team of 4 did very well. Dogs are definitely required to retrieve birds from the wetlands behind the pond.
Two good nights and hopefully 2 more to follow.
